CHAKRA SPA PARTY
Chakra spa parties started when a client made the comment “It would be nice to have chakra spa services more often at prices I could afford". Thus the idea of Chakra spa parties was born, offering spa services at an affordable price to our valued clients, who are looking to achieve the ultimate state of relaxation on a continued basis rather than just once or twice a year.

A minimum of four can choose 3 or more of our exotic healing treatments from around the world. Each treatment is 30 minutes in length, guests receive champagne, chocolate dipped strawberries.
Each service is $35.00 and includes taxes

If you would like to bring your own appetizers and refreshments, you are more than welcome to. There is a limit to what is allowed. Whether you are coming with a group of friends to catch up or just to get away and relax. The Chakra Spa is your destination location to mind, body & spirit rejuvenation.

Here are answers to our most commonly asked questions.

Q. I've booked my Spa Party- do I need to follow up?
A. If you have booked your spa party on the phone. You will have a confirmed date and time and your down payment will be charged to your credit card. Please note, this is a non refundable deposit to hold your date. If you need to move your date, this can be done once and you must give 72 hours notice to move your date. Keep in mind, we book up extremely fast, therefore the next date you are requesting may already be booked..

Q. How much do I need to pay down for my Spa Party?
A. 50% of the total of each person in your entire party is required to book the date. This is a non refundable deposit. If you call to add people to your spa party group- we will bring in additional staff to cover the additional people you have shared with us. To remove a person from you count, a 24 hour notice is required. You must speak with someone. Leaving a message or sending an email is not acceptable. Therefore, if a person does not show, you are still responsible for their down payment. At the party, the balance of the money due and paid upon check in at the spa.

Q. I have a guest who would like to come to the spa party and only wants a manicure.
A. Your guest has the option of receiving only what is available on the chakra spa party menu, with a minim of 3 spa choices from the menu.

Q. How long does a party last?
A. Each party varies. On average a party normally lasts between 2 - 31/2 hours. Again time could be longer depending on the party.

Q. We are trying to plan other events in conjunction with the spa party. How do we gauge our time?
A. If you have reservations for dinner, drinks etc. Please let us know and we will work to ensure you are able to make your arrangements.

Q. How long can we stay?

A. You have paid to be with us for the time of your services. Each group varies on the length of time. Again, if you want additional spa time prior to you services, please let us know and we will do the best to accommodate your request. Example: Your group is scheduled for 7 people at noon- on average a group of this size would be done in 3 hours (noon-3pm). Your group would transition back into street clothes and leave the spa at 3:pm.

Q. When our services are completed then what?
A. Good question. You are free to continue to mingle or change back into street clothes slowly transitioning the group to the end of the spa party.

Q. Is there a transitional time after the services?
A. Yes, as your services end we ask that you change back into your street clothes. The time for each person will vary. Therefore each person will have their own transition time.

Q. I have guests who would like to come for the spa party but do not want any services.
A. Our policy is if a guest is attending a spa party the cost to attend the spa party is $75.00 per person. If your guest does not want any services, the cost is $75.00 to attend the event. There is no exception to this policy.

Q. What if I need to move my date?
A. Your date can be moved once after you have paid your deposit.

Q. What payment options do I have?
A. Visa, Master Card.

Q. What is your cancellation policy for Spa Parties?
A. Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice for any Spa Party to avoid cancellation/ late charge. In the event you need to cancel your Spa Party completely, and are not able to reschedule to a different date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Q. What if I my group is late for the party?
A. We allow a party to be 15 minutes late. Past the 15 minutes the party begins and ends at schedule time, some services will be shorten to accommodate the individuals that are late. There is no except to this rule.

Q. What do I need to wear during my Spa Party?
A. Robes are proved for use while attending one our Chakra Spa Parties.

Q. Can we bring our own treats/refreshments?
A. Yes, but there are limits to items allowed. Please contact us for approval prior to bringing anything.

Q. How long are the services?
A. Each service is 30 minutes in length or longer, you will receive each service at your spa party.

Q. Is there a client intake form complete ?
A. Yes, this is to ensure proper services for your individual health needs. Please come 15 minutes early to complete the necessary forms.

Q. What should I expect for my spa party?
A. Each of your guests will check in. Pay their balance due. Complete the necessary intake forms. Change into one of our spa party robes, then just relax and enjoy the services.
